A Tribute to my M.I.L...

Happy (belated) Birthday Mom! There is a reason why I call my Mother-in-law "Mom". She treats me like her own. She is always so loving and thoughtful. She always thinks of cute things to do for others that just cheer a person up. She gives the most thoughtful birthday presents. She is an amazing "Namma" to my babies and they can't get enough of her. She comes up to visit us at least 2 times a year; once in the springtime to help me plant my garden (she's an amazing gardener) and then in December so that we can have our own little mini-Christmas. Sometimes we even get to go to Women's Conference together. She is so creative, so talented and such a genuine person. She gives Jacob and I the space we need to be a couple and raise our kids on our own but still is always there to offer any advice or help that we need without being intrusive or pushy. I couldn't have asked for a better Mother-in-law. Thank you, Mom. Thanks for laughing so much. Thanks for not being easily offended. Thanks for raising an incredible son. Thanks for having self-confidence and passing it onto my daughter. Thanks for being a fantastic Namma. Thanks for always being honest. Thanks for always taking us out to dinner. Thanks for all the good times. Thanks for being easy to love. Thanks for loving me. I love you tons! Happy Birthday!

Janeisa.com

My sister is crazy talented and has started her own business. She makes little girl's hair accessories and they are FABULOUS! Seriously...to die for! They are so cute and chic. She even has super-cute Halloween stuff out too. Take a look at http://www.janeisa.com/.

Lizzy's "Big Game"

Lizzy finally got to cheer at "The Big Game" last Saturday! She was so excited. She did such a good job and had a blast. Here are some pics of my cuttie-patootie. In the middle far right pic, you will see that they all crashed into eachother when doing their summersaults. It was pretty cute. Lizzy thought it was so funny.

Ward Campout& Grandparents

I know, it's been forever since I've entered the blogging world. Sorry...I've been super busy. I started a new job (returning phone calls for a Tax Reduction Company -thanks Michelle!) so that's really cut down on my blogging time and energy. So now, I'm gonna try to play catch-up:

We have the best ward. Here are some pics from our Carnival-themed ward campout a couple of weeks ago. It was a blast! We had Carnival food, played games, sat by the campfire (Trevor has a monkey leash because of the camp fire) Jacob's parents came into town and met us at the campground. The next morning we woke up, ate breakfast played on the HUGE slip 'n slide that they provided and then went to the lake nearby. We love when Namma and Grandpa come to play...even if it is just for the weekend.

Jackie tagged me...

Here you go, Jackie...Heaven forbid you "come after me". I would actually love it if you had to come up here!

3 JOYS: Being spoiled by my hubby, hanging out with our awesome friends and playing games on Sunday Nights, Being with my brothers and sisters...in SoCal.

3 FEARS: Loosing loved ones, Not being a good enough wife and mother, Dissapointing people.

3 OBSESSIONS: Right now it's the Twilight Series. I'm on my second round of reading the whole Saga...and I NEVER read a book more than once! I'm going out of my mind waiting for the movie...which is coming out on my b-day now, by the way! Happy Birthday to ME!!! ( I keep denying the fact that I am a "Twilight Neard" but I think that I may be one.) Making bows for Lizzy. Cakes, of course. (Don't worry, Jackie: I, too am VERY OCD. My friends make fun of me all the time. )

3 RANDOM FACTS: My pinkie toe will dislocate any time I bareley even bump it. It's been done it about 20 or so times...no exgeration! Going out to breakfast on Saturdays is my favorite thing in the whole world. I have a very unique gift...I am a human IMDB. If I see someone on a commercial or TV show, I can tell you what other show or commercial they have been on before.

C-H-E-E-R!

Last week, I enrolled Lizzy in Cheer/Dance and Tumble. She LOVES it. She took Dance/Tumble last year and next year we will try Ballet. We will keep switching until she finds one that she really likes. I can't wait for her game so that I can snap off more pics of my cute little cheerleader. Her two best friends (bottom right) are on her same squad and the three of them couldn't be more excited. More pics to come, I'm sure. GO SYRACUSE STORM!

Hey Katie...Guess Who Came to Dinner!

Your bro was kind enough to come all the way up here to give me a few pointers for my website. He's gonna do some tweeking to it to make it look tons better. In return, he got a taco dinner and some cupcakes. We had a great time reminicing about the old days and gossiping about everyone we knew and where they are now. My husband and him even found a lot in common had fun chatting about guy stuff. We had fun going through a bunch of my OLD pics and found a ton of you from 4th year at girls camp, actually. I'll have to scan them and put them up. The only thing missing was you! Wish you were here.

P.S. Everyone, I really have be doing stuff...that's the problem...I've had so many things going on that I really need to journal them but I've just been so dang busy doing all the stuff that I need to journal about! I haven't had a minute to breath, let alone blog about it. Updates from the past couple weeks coming soon...
