For these New Year's Eve themed cupcakes, I did a ruffle buttercream and added some glam with some gold Disco Dust (NOT luster dust) that I picked up at Orson Gygi's in Salt Lake City. The cupake tags (along with the rest of the fabulous party were styled by Loralee Lewis.
